Private Sessions
Initial Private Session* ……$35.00
The initial 45 minute private is a prerequisite to all
private and group classes. It is provided to introduce you to the
language and basic concepts of the “Core or Powerhouse” the Pilates
Method utilizes. This session is essential to design a program based
on your personal body assessment and evaluation of your specific
goals and needs. *All new clients must start with an Initial
Private Session.
Intro Series ……$100.00
The Intro Series includes the Initial Private session, 1
Private session and 1 Mat class.
Single Private Session ……$60.00
Private sessions are focused private instruction tailored
to suit your specific goals and needs - utilizing the Pilates mat &
specialized equipment repertoire. Pilates “Core” based movement
allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness,
while strengthening, toning & increasing flexibility.
Private Session Package 1 - $275.00
5 Private Sessions - $50 per hour

Semi-Private Session ……$45.00
Semi-Private includes 2 to 3 individuals that
are skill level compatible, having completed the required experience
of private instruction. This session is guided by one instructor and
moves at a more dynamic pace. Class suited to the individual goals
and needs of participants. Not recommended for injury related
special needs.

Reformer Series
The Group Reformer
Class provides a great opportunity for the dedicated Pilates student
to maintain a consistent reformer training program. This series
offers an intimate, focused, fluid and balanced full-body workout
taught by trained Pilates professionals to address the goals of the
students enrolled.
Body Be Well is dedicated to upholding the
integrity of the Pilates principles by creating a safe group
setting. We will only be utilizing 4 Reformers and due to the
limited space and high demand for this wonderful class, your
enrollment ensures your commitment and reserves your spot in the
program. Prior Pilates experience is a prerequisite.
Pilates Jump Board Class - Up to 4 people on The Pilates Reformers with Jump Boards performing a mixed routine of Pilates based exercises including: 10-20 min. of Cardio using the Jump Boards, then moving to the Spring Boards, and Mats to vary the experience in a "Circuit". Light Weights, Magic Circles, Balls, Bands and stretching are added.

Class Series
Pilates Mat - Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture by incorporating floor based Pilates movements that stimulate the deep “core” muscles of your hips, abdomen, low back and spine. Focuses on breath and improves mental clarity.
Yoga - In addition to practicing the poses, yoga classes may also include instruction on breathing, call and response chanting, meditation, or an inspirational reading by the teacher. The variety and amount of this will depend on the individual teacher and the yoga tradition in which he or she has trained. Some people find that the physical practice of yoga becomes a gateway into a spiritual exploration, while others just enjoy a wonderful low-impact workout that makes them feel great. Whatever your tendency, you will be able to find a yoga class that suits your style.
Pilates Spring Board - This class utilized 6 Balanced Body Pilates Spring Board which is considered a Tower alternative. The Spring Board class is a full body workout taking your traditional mat work to a more challenging level. The added resistance of the springs help build more muscle tone, improve balance and coordination. *reserve your spot today*
Burn at the Barre - The latest in sculpting and toning at the Ballet Barre. These routines have been fine tuned to deliver the best results based on the best the Barre has to offer without the knee or low back issues. We use light weights to sculpt the arms, tough ab and glute work on the floor, and of course, Barre work with variations you have never seen or felt. A total body workout that slims your hips, tightens your thighs, lifts your seats and mobilizes your metabolism. Utilizing ballet movements, intelligent isometrics, challenges in rhythm, range of motion and progressive core training, your body heals, tightens, strengthens, so you look, feel and move better! Join us and change up your routine to keep your body changing in the right direction.

The All Women’s Gym is open 7
days a week from 5am to 11pm.* This gives women ample opportunity to
come workout at their convenience in a comfortable and welcoming
space where they can get the support they need to achieve their
fitness goals!

In our beautiful "Open Studio", we have bamboo hardwood floors that are utilized for group classes, dance and movement classes and various activities.
Pilates Private Equipment Rental -

Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Rental - $25.00/hr
Equipment rental includes use of reformers, cadillac, springboards, jumpboards, wunda chair and other props and mats you might need to make a class or session fully effective for your client(s). We have open studio space that is unique and wonderful for teaching just about anything.

Massage
Joanna Anderson Dupee, owner of WHOLE HEART MASSAGE, has been practicing in the Mid Hudson Valley and beyond since 2003. She is licensed in New York State and is nationally certified. She holds medical massage certification from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage in Albany, NY as well as certification in Repetitive Use Injury Therapy (RUIT) muscle release techniques. Joanna is also a Reiki Master. Her website is wholeheartmassage.com, where you can find a menu of services, gift certificates and client intake forms for downloading off the web.
Joanna is proud to be a member of the Body Be well team. She looks forward to working with each of you to enhance your wellness and fitness goals. Joanna’s massage is anatomy-based, may include passive and active stretches for improved range of motion and muscle energy techniques to help resolve general and specific complaints which may arise while practicing Pilates, Yoga and general workouts. Joanna also gives a gentle relaxation massage, including Lymphatic Facilitation to relieve swelling and “puffiness” and offers Reiki and Shiatsu bodywork sessions on the massage table.
Lisa Ravetto has been a NY State licensed and nationally certified bodywork and massage therapist since 1999, and a practitioner at Omega Institute's Wellness Center in Rhinebeck since 2003. A graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, she has advanced training in the cutting edge modalities of Trager, Zero Balancing and Craniosacral Therapy. Her skillful touch allows her to address the general complaints arising from the stresses of everyday living, as well as specific musculoskeletal issues. Her work is always suited to each person's individual needs and may include gentle mobilization to improve flexibility, massage to relax tense muscles and techniques to promote better alignment and function.
