In Chelsea's classes the workout is focused and demanding, yet the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. And in the six months I've been attending, no two classes have been the same. She keeps it interesting by bringing in different props and new exercises. I am noticeably stronger and more tone thanks to Chelsea and Pilates.
